Recruitment Process

PROTEAM Staffing has developed a recruitment process that ensures candidates are qualified and meet or exceed client expectations. Our process can be leveraged on behalf of our clients as it is or can be customized to meet specific requirements. Upon receiving a requisition from the client, we will immediately place it in our automated software, TempWorks, which tracks the status of the requisition, resume submission and automated matching of resumes.

We use the following recruiting methods to search for suitable candidates:
We advertise in local/regional newspapers. We have aggressively recruited through the use of electronic bulletin boards and the Internet. We also use other media to identify qualified candidates, including job fairs, client referrals, contractor referrals, college recruiting, and phone solicitation.

Specialized Skills Testing

PROTEAM Staffing's partnership with Kenexa Prove It!, a skills assessment solutions company, allows us to test our applicants before we submit them to you. Prove it! offers many ready-made skills tests. These assessments ensure you are receiving candidates that fit your qualifications for virtually any position in any industry.

We know how important it is for businesses to retain the right people. Our tests help us send you motivated people with the skills, commitment and aptitude to work in your specific environment. Our staffing professionals will work together with your hiring managers to understand the skills required of candidates for each job and which assessments would be appropriate to measure their skill level.

The Data Analysis Tools are a great feature of the Prove It! system. PROTEAM can generate reports with score averages, highest scores or an analysis of specific questions. We can also search the database by name or date or specify a particular test and give you all the scores.

Background Checks and Screening

PROTEAM Staffing's professional recruiters screen and test each candidate to guarantee we're sending you the most qualified individuals. PROTEAM conducts background checks on all prospective associates. Furthermore, reference checks are requested of former employers before sending an individual to your company.

PROTEAM supports a drug-free and alcohol-free workplace. We conduct in-house 7-panel drug screens on associates as part of the registration process. We also employ a full-service medical provider with certified personnel to conduct 10-panel drug screenings for associates as required.
