The basis of PROTEAM Staffing lies in our temporary staffing business. PROTEAM's "traditional staffing" can provide quality candidates for assignments lasting from one day to one year or longer. If you are not happy with an associate we provide you, we will replace that person free of charge within four hours of their start time. Our goal is to provide you with the best candidate for the position at hand.

Temp-to-Hire/Contract-to-Hire

Our Temp-to-Hire program offers the perfect opportunity to experience a trial preview of work compatibility before offering someone a career position. Our associates are also given the opportunity to decide whether your company environment coincides with their abilities and career aspirations.

Direct Hire

Direct Hire takes the time consuming recruiting process away from your busy schedule. We will meet with your management team and assist in the development of the search parameters. Once the ideal qualifications have been identified, our team will go to work to find the candidate. Once we screen, interview and test the applicant, we send them to you for interviewing for no additional fee. You only pay if you hire the candidate we have presented to you.

Labor-on-Demand

Our Labor-on-Demand service provides you with workers for an array of positions from manufacturing and construction to food service and distribution. PROTEAM staffing can supply your business with workers within an hour of your request. We offer transportation to our Labor-on-Demand associates to and from your facility using our fleet of vans and 40-passenger buses. Associates arrive on time, ready to work, at no additional cost to you.

Payrolling Services

PROTEAM Staffing's Payrolling service allows you to focus on your core business. We manage the details of your payroll, including taxes, Worker's Compensation Insurance, and benefits.

Outsourcing

PROTEAM Staffing's Outsourcing service takes over the non-core functions of your business, such as the mailroom, so you can put all your energy into running your company. We'll handle all the details of a specific function within your business, taking that unneeded stress off of your shoulders.

Vendor-on-Premise (Onsite Supervisor)

In our Vendor-on-Premise program, PROTEAM Staffing places an Onsite Coordinator at your company to take care of all the necessary details, from recruiting and training, to timekeeping and the day-to-day management of temporary associates. Your paperwork is reduced to writing a single check to PROTEAM for work performed.

The PROTEAM Staffing Onsite Coordinator works directly with in-house managers so your company can focus on business objectives - not the staffing program.
